Rosalyn is responsible for managing and leading the Business Development Division of
SBA’s Illinois District Office. Rosalyn also assists companies in certifying in SBA’s contractual program: 8(a) Business Development, HUBZone, and Woman-Owned Small Business/Economically Disadvantaged WOSB programs as well as providing counseling, training, and contract assistance. Rosalyn manages a client portfolio base of 75 firms that are certified in SBA’s 8(a) BD program for Illinois.
A longtime SBA employee, Rosalyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Wilberforce University.
