Gran has served on multiple B.I.G. e-Builder implementation teams. She has assisted in every aspect of implementation from documenting and analyzing business process requirements to configuration and providing quality assurance of configurations. She facilitates user acceptance tests, develops user manuals, and provides end-user training and support.
